From my last Update posted June 4th...
"The printing for Warfighter Wave #2 took longer than the printer estimated. It is scheduled to arrive here in about 5 weeks. I will keep you up to date. Sorry about the delay. Once the games arrive, we will start shipping them within a day or two."
Today...
Sorry about the long gap in updates. I've been waiting until I knew something for sure before posting.
History...
I had been told by the printer that the games would ship and arrive here at the start of July, so I posted the June 4th update.
I then waited for their email with the invoice and printing charges. It never arrived, so I emailed them. They said there were more delays and the games would be on the ship leaving China on June 22nd.
A week passes...
So again I waited for their invoice email... and it never arrived. A very bad sign. Sometimes printers do not send updates or reply promptly to emails, but they -always- send the "PAY US" email.
So I tried emailing them every few days for a couple weeks without success.
In mid-July I finally received a reply. Bad news. The person I was working with went on vacation, and his replacement was supposed to arrange shipping for June 22nd, and didn't. He then promised to arrange shipping that would have the games on the water August 1st.
I waited for that shipping date to come and go before emailing them again to confirm.
Finally, they confirmed that Warfighter Wave #2 was indeed loaded on the ship and is on its way to the US.
I wanted to wait until I had their confirmation before posting anything. I sorry about the delays and we are as frustrated as anyone. Receiving the games months late has hurt our business finances as well as our reputation. I'm sorry that you had to wait these extra months for the games that should have been in your hands months ago.
